A Foundation of Trust and Professionalism
In the international B2B coffee trade, trust is built on a foundation of verifiable compliance and rigorous safety standards. At Bali Coffee Beans, we are committed to operating with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring that our products are safe, our operations are fully licensed, and our exports comply with all Indonesian and international regulations. This commitment protects our clients, our partners, and our brand.
Indonesian Regulatory Compliance
We are a legally registered and fully compliant entity under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Our operations are transparent and regularly audited by the relevant authorities.
- NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha – Business Identification Number): We operate under a valid NIB issued through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, which serves as our primary business license.
- NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak – Taxpayer Identification Number): We are a registered taxpayer and are fully compliant with all corporate tax obligations as mandated by the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Directorate General of Taxes).
- SPEK (Surat Persetujuan Ekspor Kopi – Coffee Export Approval Letter): We hold a valid SPEK, a mandatory license for all coffee exporters in Indonesia, issued by the Ministry of Trade. This ensures our exports are officially registered and meet national quality standards.
- BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial): All of our Indonesian employees are registered for both the BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Social Security) programs, ensuring their welfare and our compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
Food Safety & Quality Certifications
We ensure the safety and quality of our coffee beans through internationally recognized standards and certifications.
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points): Our processing and storage facility is in the process of implementing a HACCP system to identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards. Certification is targeted for Q4 2025.
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems): As part of the Juara Holding Group’s commitment to operational excellence, we adhere to ISO 9001 principles to ensure consistent quality and continual improvement in our processes.
- Organic Certifications: Our certified organic lots are accredited by Control Union, conforming to the standards of the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) and EU Organic (Regulation (EU) 2018/848). This involves rigorous annual inspections of farms, processing methods, and our chain of custody.
- Fair Trade Certification: Our Fair Trade certified coffees are audited by FLOCERT to ensure we meet the strict social, economic, and environmental standards set by Fair Trade International.
Export & Logistics Compliance
We guarantee that every shipment is handled professionally and meets all international trade requirements.
- Phytosanitary Certification: Every export shipment is inspected by the Badan Karantina Pertanian (Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency) and is accompanied by an official Phytosanitary Certificate, guaranteeing it is free from pests and diseases.
- ICO Certificate of Origin: We provide an ICO Certificate of Origin with every shipment, verifying that the coffee is of Indonesian origin, a requirement for import into many countries.
- IATA (International Air Transport Association) Compliance: For air freight shipments, we work with IATA-accredited freight forwarders to ensure all cargo is handled and documented according to global aviation safety and security standards.
- ISPM 15 Compliance: All wood packaging materials (e.g., pallets) used in our sea freight shipments are heat-treated and stamped in compliance with ISPM 15 regulations to prevent the international spread of timber pests.
